Since 1966, Utah's Repertory Dance Theatre has led the nation as American's premier modern dance repertory company. RDT is both a museum and contemporary gallery representing the scope and diversity of modern dance past and present. RDT maintains a prestigious collection of 20th Century masterpieces representing close to 150 years of dance.

Touring Options
RDT Residencies
Residencies consist of 2-6 days of activities culminating in a community concert. Residency activities can be designed for elementary through senior high school, college or general community (including special needs populations).
RDT will work closely with each sponsor to design a residency appropriate to the needs of each community. Audiences can enjoy a program which includes lighthearted, entertaining, witty as well as dramatic works. The accompanying RDT residency activities can educate, enlighten and help develop your dance audience.
Repertory Performances
RDT is both a museum and a contemporary gallery representing the scope and diversity of modern dance past and present. RDT maintains the largest and most prestigious collection of 20th-century masterpieces representing 100 years of dance.
Contemporary repertory programs include works by Zvi Gotheiner, Susan Hadley, José
Limón, Doris Humphrey, Shapiro and Smith, Marina Harris, and more. RDT continues to commission new work from the world's leading choreographers.
Historical repertory features 100 years of modern dance and is available for lecture demonstrations or as an evening-length performance, VOYAGE.
Arts-In-Education
Activities for K-12 or the greater community, including lecture demonstrations, workshops, and movement classes in a variety of styles.
