A powerful celebration of the past, present, and future of dance. This landmark performance honors our vibrant community through works that span generations, styles, and stories.

Returning to the stage are two recent audience favorites: Oktet: In Situ by Katarzyna Skarpetowska (2022), and the richly expressive Solfege by Yusha-Marie Sorzano (2023). In a tribute to our six-decade partnership with Tanner Dance, we proudly re-stage Ryoanji by Jacque Lynn Bell, featuring a breathtaking cast of 43 performers from across generations.

OVATION also premieres two bold new commissions:

• A visionary work by Norbert De La Cruz III, known for fusing classical ballet with deeply personal, improvisational movement.
• A new creation by Executive/Artistic Co-Director Nicholas Cendese, spotlighting the dynamic artistry within our own company.

This evening-length performance is both a homecoming and a horizon—honoring where we’ve been and illuminating where we’re going.
