From the Archives… CHAIRS

FROM THE ARCHIVE – Chairs
Zvi Gotheiner’s Chairs is a longtime audience favorite, first performed by RDT in 1998, this work has become a vital part of the company repertory. Whether performing the entire evening-length work or offering excerpts, each section of the dance shares an intimate portrait of human experience. Over the last three decades, RDT has acquired or commissioned nine total works by Zvi and he continues to be a great artistic asset to our company and our community. His work has deepened our understanding of human relationships, communities, and the environment, and has given audiences a unique perspective of the world and of one another.
