Historic Archives to the University of Utah from RDT alum
Bill Evans shares archives with University of Utah
RDT alum
Bill Evans was a member of Repertory Dance Theatre from 1967-1974 and had a major impact on the development of the company.
Bill has become an internationally known choreographer, performer, teacher, administrator, author, movement analyst, adjudicator, and speaker and serves on the RDT national advisory board.
RDT enjoys an ongoing relationship with Bill who returns often as a guest teacher, and performer, and to create and restage his works, including last season’s retrospective performance of QUADRUPLE BILL (plus).
This fall, Bill will be donating his prestigious dance archive to the University of Utah Library. As one of the company’s most prolific and renowned alumni dancers, Bill is certainly one of Utah’s artistic champions who continues to inspire us.
