RDT announces the hiring of a new company member. Caitlyn Richter will be joining RDT beginning season 2023-24.

Originally from Colorado, Caitlyn recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Hartford’s Hartt School with a BFA Dance Performance with a Ballet Pedagogy Emphasis.

In May 2023, she won the “Outstanding Senior Award” acknowledging her artistic and academic accomplishments and the unwavering and gracious help she gave her colleagues.

Caitlyn has studied and performed a wide range of dance techniques including Ballet, Contemporary, Limoìn, Graham, and Cunningham techniques, and has worked with choreographers including Pascal Rioult, Hope Boykin, Chanel DaSilva, and Jacqulyn Buglisi. Caitlyn also studied at BODYTRAFFIC summer intensives, Compass Coaching Project, and the Dance West Festival with Repertory Dance Theatre and Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company in 2022.
